Riding Lessons Policy

Lesson Rate

$82.50 per hour

Payment Policy

• Payment is due through our calendar app Acuity no later than 24 hours before your lesson.

• Unpaid lessons are subject to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.

• No refunds or make-up lessons for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson.

Weather Policy

• Lessons continue rain or shine unless the instructor states otherwise.

• Rainy day lessons are held inside the barn and will include valuable hands-on learning such as:

   - Tacking & equipment fitting

   - Show prep & grooming

   - Proper braiding techniques

   - Horsemanship skills and more!

Dress Code & Safety

• Riders must wear:

   - Boots with a small heel

   - Long pants

   - An ASTM-approved riding helmet (required for all participants)

Lesson Expectations

• Lessons start promptly at your scheduled time.

• If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the scheduled time.

• Trainers reserve the right to dismiss any student for lack of attention, failure to listen, or poor attitude.

• Respect, safety, and focus are expected at all times.
